New Hampshire was one of the first states in the nation to participate in the National Core Indicators ( NCI™). This project established a set of quality and outcome measures by which states can evaluate the quality of their services and benchmark with other states. Every year, CSNI helps to facilitate the collection of data from across the state in the form of either in-person interviews or survey instruments, so that we have a standardized method for determining the quality of our service delivery system. The in-person surveys are occurring from November 2020-June 2021. These are being done remotely this year via zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The NCI Interviewers this year are Allison Howe, Beth Dixon, Wendy Curnow, Ann Dillon, Leah Frim and Heather Young.
