National Core Indicators (NCI) Project

New Hampshire was one of the first states in the nation to participate in the National Core Indicators ( NCI).  This project established a set of quality and outcome measures by which states can evaluate the quality of their services and benchmark with other states.  Every year, CSNI helps to facilitate the collection of data from across the state in the form of either in-person interviews or survey instruments, so that we have a standardized method for determining the quality of our service delivery system.  For more information on NCI, click the button below.

Starting in 2026, the NCI survey will be conducted by the UNH Institute on Disability. 2025 NCI results will be published in the coming months.
