Future Planning
Guide
The New Hampshire Future Planning Guide provides
assistance with the development of a "future plan", including a life plan
and letter of intent. These tools are vehicles for sharing knowledge,
dreams and aspirations for a son, daughter or other family member with a
disability.
The Guide also offers a variety of legal and financial
manuscripts that provide information and assistance for legal and financial
planning. These manuscripts provide valuable information about
guardianships, public benefits considerations, special-needs trusts, health
care coverage, and explains why planning is so important.
