Laconia State
School 1901-1991. Understanding Our Past to Create a Better Future for People
with Disabilities has been accepted by the New
Hampshire Humanities Council as part of their Humanities to Go Program
that features a rich roster of scholars, living history presenters and
audio-visual programs on subjects as varied as New Hampshire history, American
art, international affairs and civil liberties. These programs are available to
libraries, historical societies, and other non-profit and ad-hoc groups in New
Hampshire at little or not cost.
